The Adventures of Student!Jazz and Wizard!Prowl
Prowl/JazzExactly what it says on the tin. :) Jazz is a performing arts student and Prowl is the wizard who comes out of the wilderness to fill his life with strange, wonderful, and terrifying things.
Assassin AUProwl/JazzIn which Prowl is a legendarily ethical assassin, forensic accountant Jazz is his target, and nothing happens the way Jazz expects it to.
PrincipátusProwl & Jazz, Prowl & Bluestreak, Bluestreak/Hound/Trailbreaker
Prowl expected only a night of silence and dust when he accepted his friends' and sibling's dare to spend the night in a haunted house, claiming there is no such thing as ghosts.
Prowl didn't encounter a ghost, but...he didn't disprove the supernatural either.

A fairy tale AU based on Cap o'Rushes
RoyaltyProwl shoved Orion’s sword into his hands. “Put that on and follow me. Don’t subspace it.” He opened a hidden panel on the wall next to Orion’s bed and pulled a lever. A section of wall pulled back and slid aside, revealing one of the secret passages that honeycombed the fortified building. “I’ll explain once we’re outside,” Prowl whispered. “Stay quiet. No comms. Soundwave is with them.”

Mythology“With this declaration of war by the Decepticons,” Halogen, Earl of Blaster City and Lord of the Badlands began, in his deliberate, calm manner, “we have no choice but to unite Cybertron under a single banner.”

Not sure how much of an AU this counts as, since Orion Pax/Optimus Prime canonically does journey into the underworld in search of wisdom, but.
VigilanteAfter the destruction of Praxus the only survivor, former Enforcer and S.W.A.T. sniper Bluestreak made it his mission to kill as many Decepticons as possible. Using stealth and skill, he managed to keep his identity hidden until a lucky memory-capture revealed his identity to Autobot Command. Now Jazz, head of Autobot Spec Ops and the mech who taught Bluestreak stealth, is tracking him down, determined to bring his rogue friend in from the cold – whether Bluestreak agrees to it or not.
